I am SO tired this morning....
Today's my last day to work this week, until Saturday, that is. I get my new schedule on Saturday, as that starts the new work week, so I don't know what days I work after Friday.
After I get off work today, I'll have worked 20 hours this week!
That's the most I've worked in one week since I worked at Walmart...(2011 - 2012)!
I've gotten a LOT done on Arch-Guardian-Angel
I've gotten the main colors down and I've started on the details/shading/shines/higlights/etc. ^^ So it's 75% finished!
Then I'll start on nads6969
's commission! I can't WAIT to start on that! I've been wanting to draw her OCs for a long time, but had either lost motivation or something came up in real life...
But since I was commissioned, that will push me to not give up on it and keep working on it!
makes me give up on a drawing...like it doesn't look right, or no matter how hard I try, I can't make something look right, or something comes up in real life that takes up all my time, or I become depressed over something and lose all interest in everything
. I'm trying to combat this, to make myself a better person and to stop giving up on stuff (especially so easily.))
Well, I work from 8 am to 12 pm Central Standard Time (-6:00), I have to get off here to get ready for work.
(It's 7:05 am.)
I am taking point commissions~
2 Slots left!
Prices are at the very bottom of this journal entry.
EDIT: I've also decided to separate my drawing "stages" into four stages, so that it'll be easier to see where I'm at with the progress bars I've found in the emoticons section (I LOVE these progress bars!
Means "not started"
Means "sketch is finished"
Means "lineart is finished"
Means "coloring is finished"
Means "shading/highlights/details/overall pic is finished"
(Will start on as soon.)
I asked her a year ago, when she gave me a premium membership, what she wanted me to draw for her in return (she didn't want anything), and I told her that I was so grateful that I wanted to do something for her, and so she told me to draw her Winx Club OC. Well, things kept coming up, I kept going through things (a miscarriage, grandmother passing away, dog passing away, and a lot of emotional issues) and I just became so depressed that I lost interest in everything
. And here, almost a year later, I'm just now
getting to it...I feel so bad for not doing this earlier...I hate not keeping my word! And so I've made finishing her gift-pic my top-priority right now, while working on nads6969
's commission on the side.
References for her Winx Club OC:
The drawing so far
wants me to draw her two OCs, Axelle (as an adult) and the human Queen Metallia, full-body and both on the same pic.
Will draw any of my OCs (anyone from my gallery)
Will draw any of your OCs
Will draw CERTAIN anime/manga/game characters; I do not usually draw characters from shounen anime/manga/games, unless it's Yugioh or Pokemon
Will not draw any backgrounds (since I'm no good at them at all
. I'm certainly not going to use YuniNaoki
's backgrounds in commissions...I usually use her backgrounds in my regular art...)
Can only take on 3 projects at a time, depending on how busy I am in real life; If I'm REALLY busy, I may only be able to take on 1 project. They may take a week or more, depending on what's going on in real life (my life is so unpredictable...)
